Hello guys,  I’m sharing a healthy breakfast recepie with you..

 

Ingredients :

1/2 cup of fresh blueberries

1/2 cup of blanched beetroot

3/4 cup of unsweetened almond milk

1 tablespoon of chia seed or pumpkin seen as per your choice

1/4 cup of greek yogurt

1/2 teaspoon of organic honey for sweetness

For Garnishing :

1/2 banana cut into pieces

Some cut strawberries

1/2 kiwi cut into slices

Some musk melons cut into dices

And some Acai Berries

 

How to prepare :

In a blender put unsweetened almond milk ,some frozen banana pieces, fresh blueberries ,blanched beetroot, chia seed and greek yogurt .

Blend until it’s very smooth,  pour the smoothie in a bowl.. Garnish it with fresh cut fruits … And it’s ready to serve
